Mint Flavour Lassi Recipe Recipe

  • Main ingredients: yogurt and mint

Ingredients: 
  • 1.5 cups of yogurt (Dahi, curd)
  • ¼ cup mint leaves (pudina)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder (Bhuna jeera)
  • Few mint leaves for garnishing
  • 1 cup of ice cubes (optional)
Method:
  1. Blend mint leaves with 1/4 cup of yogurt to make a paste.
  2. Add yogurt, salt, black salt, cumin powder and one cup of water.
  3. Blend just enough to make the drink smooth.
  4. Pour it over ice cubes and garnish with roasted cumin seed powder and mint leaves.
