Aloo Ka Halwa Recipe
Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 10 min Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1-2 potatoes medium size, boiled, peeled and grated or mashed
- 1-2teaspoon ghee
- sugar to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- chopped dry fruits as per your choice
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan over medium low flame.
- Put the mashed or grated potato in it.
- Stir Fry this on low-medium heat till it turns golden brown and sweet aroma starts to come.
- Add milk and sugar and mix well there should not any lumps.
- Stir this till it leaves ghee or starts leaving the pan.
- Add cardamom powder mix well.
- Serve warm garnished with nuts.
- Add some more milk but very little if requited.
