Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee)
  • 11/2 cups grated apples
  • 1/4 cup grated mava (khoya)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup condense milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits of your choice

Method:

  1. Heat the ghee in a broad pan, add the apples and cook on a medium flame for 5-7 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  2. Add the mava, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  3. Add the milk and simmer for 5 minutes, while stirring twice in between.
  4. Add the condense milk  and  dry fruits, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 10 minutes or till all the moisture evaporates, while stirring continuously.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
