Chikoo (Sapota) Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (washed, peeled, deseeded and chopped) Chikoo
  • 2 cups of milk chilled
  • Sugar or honey to taste
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method:

  1. Place cubed chikoo and sufficient amount of milk in a mixer jar.
  2. Blend until a smooth paste is obtained.
  3. Add rest of milk, sugar and ice cubes and blend until cubes are crushed.
  4. Serve chilled in tall glasses.
