Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Cashew nuts
- ¼ cup peanut
- 1/4 cup raisins(optional)
- 1/2 cup Jaggery (unclarified whole cane sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- Roast the peanuts Cool and remove the skin.
- Roast the almonds and cashew nuts lightly and chop roughly.
- Grease a tray.
- Heat the ghee in the pan over low heat.
- Add the jaggery and mix well, cook till a thick syrup is formed, while stirring continuously.
- Add roasted cashew nuts, wall nuts, almonds, raisins and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Immediately pour the mixture on the greased surface and roll it out thinly using a greased rolling pin.
- Cut it into square pieces using a sharp knife.
- Allow it to cool completely and Serve.
