Watermelon Cooler- Lemonade is a Light and refreshing summer drink.
Watermelon Cooler-Lemonade Recipe
Prep Time: 2 Min Total Time: 5 Min Serves:3-4
Ingredients:
- 1 watermelon cut in small pieces
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Sugar to taste
- 3 cups of cold water
- 1 cup ice cubes or crushed ice (optional)
- Mint leaves
- 2 teaspoon ginger juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt (optional)
- Pinch of black pepper powder (optional)
Method:
- In a blender place watermelon, lemon juice, ginger juice, sugar, pepper and salt together and blend until it is smooth, and strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Add water and ice and blend it again until ice is crushed.
- Pore the drink in glasses, gently stir before serving and garnish with mint.
- Serve immediately.
Note:
- If making for fasting, then add rock salt/sendha namak.
