Watermelon Cooler-Lemonade


Watermelon Cooler- Lemonade is a Light and refreshing summer drink.



Watermelon Cooler-Lemonade Recipe


Prep Time: 2 Min    Total Time: 5 Min      Serves:3-4


Ingredients:

  • 1 watermelon cut in small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Sugar to taste
  • 3 cups of cold water
  • 1 cup ice cubes or crushed ice (optional)
  • Mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt (optional)
  • Pinch of black pepper powder (optional)

Method:

  1. In a blender place watermelon, lemon juice, ginger juice, sugar, pepper and salt together and blend until it is smooth, and strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  2. Add water and ice and blend it again until ice is crushed.
  3. Pore the drink in glasses, gently stir before serving and garnish with mint.
  4. Serve immediately.

Note:

  • If making for fasting, then add rock salt/sendha namak.
