Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi)
- Salt to taste
- 1.5 cup yogurt (dahi)
- 1-2 chopped green chilli
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder(jeera)
- 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves chopped
Peel, grate and boil bottle gourd with a little salt on low flame.
For 5-8 minutes on medium heat.
Drain out water and let the lauki cool.
Take the yogurt and beat it lightly until smooth.
Add salt, green chilli, cumin powder, and boiled bottle gourd into yogurt.
mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
