Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake


This shake with instant breakfast mix, peanut butter, bananas, and milk, is great for a morning breakfast. This is a really yummy milkshake!

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1.5 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder(optional)
  • 1 cup soya milk Unsweetened
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tablespoon grated chocolate or chocolate chip (blend in or use as topping)
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Add in milk 1/2 cup at a time, adding only enough to allow the ingredients to blend together.
  3. Add more for a thinner shake and less for a thicker shake.
  4. Taste and adjust flavors, adding more banana or sugar for sweetness, cacao for chocolate flavor, and peanut butter for saltiness.
  5. Add a handful of ice cubes
  6. Serve chilled.
