Ingredients:


  • 1 large ripe banana peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder(optional)
  • 1 cup  milk 
  • Sugar OR Honey to taste
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional

Method:
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Add in milk 1/2 cup at a time, adding only enough to allow the ingredients to blend together.
  3. Add more for a thinner shake and less for a thicker shake.
  4. Taste and adjust flavors by adding sugar cacao and peanut butter.
  5. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
