This delicious creamy smoothie is prepared by blending banana, ginger, kiwi, oat, yoghurt, milk and honey.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana peeled and cut into chunk
  • ½ cup kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Porridge oats
  • Honey to taste
Method:
  1. Combine all the ingredients banana, kiwi, yogurt,milk,ginger,oats, ice, and honey in a blender together until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
