- Main Ingredient: Maida, Carom seeds, and ghee/butter
- Recipe Type: snacks

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all purpose flour/Refined flour (Maida)
- 1.5 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1/2 teaspoon Chat Masala
- Oil/ ghee to deep fry
Method:
Take out Maida in a plate and add Oil/ghee, salt, Carom seeds to it, Mix them well.
Keep the dough aside covered for 20-25 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls of it.
Take one ball and roll it into 1/2 inch thick disc on a rolling board.
Cut this roll into small squares and separate each piece.
Take a pan and heat oil or ghee to fry.
Take them out with the help of perforated spoon once they turn Brown in color.
Fry rest of the Namak Pare and sprinkle Chat masala on them.
