Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
- 250 gram Paneer (Indian Cheese)grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
- Saffron soaked in warm milk, optional
- Almonds& Pistachio as per choice, optional
- 1/2 cup Condensed Milk

Method:
- Mash the Paneer with the palm of a hand or blend in a blender till smooth and creamy.
- Take Paneer In a heavy bottom pan.
- Add Condensed Milk well and cook on medium heat stirring constantly.
- Cook till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of a pan.
- Add cardamom powder mix well.
- Remove from fire and Transfer the mixture to a plate or bowl and set aside to cool.
