- 2 cups of dairy or non-dairy milk
- 2 chopped carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 banana, fresh or frozen
- 4 dates or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 scoop vanilla ice cream, optional
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
- To freeze bananas, peel the bananas first and slice them into chunks and seal them into zip-lock bags for at least 2 hours.
- If your smoothie turns out thick, add more milk. If your smoothie turns out thin, add more fruits.
