Mango Salsa Recipe

Main Ingredients: Mango, onion and tomato

Ingredients: 

For mango salsa:

  • 1.5 cup mango cubes
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 finely chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 cup cubed tomato
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves chopped(optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly grounded
Method:
  1. Place the chopped mango cubes, onion and tomato in a large bowl.
  2. In an another bowl mix other ingredients the lime juice, red pepper flakes, pepper, salt, sugar and green chilli.
  3. Whisk and then pour over the chopped mango, onion and tomato.
  4. Mix gently to coat then cover it and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to blend the flavors before serving.
