Mango Kulfi is a variation of the plain kulfi just need to add Mango pulp in. It tastes even more divine.

Homemade Mango Kulfi recipe(step by step with photo)
- Combine all the ingredients except the mango pulp in a pan and mix well.
- Bring this mixture to a boil in a heavy bottom pan and then simmer over a medium flame, stirring continuously till the milk reduces to a little less than half the original quantity.
- Switch off and let it cool completely.
- Once cool completely and add puréed mango, mix well.
- Pour into the molds.
- Cover with silver foil then insert ice cream sticks and freeze for 6 hours or till it is firm.
- To unmould, allow the moulds to remain outside the refrigerator for 2-3 minutes and then unmould and serve.

Ingredients:
- 500 ml milk
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup mango pulp
- Pistachio for garnish, optional
- 500 ml milk

- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup mango pulp

Method:
- Combine all the ingredients except the mango pulp in a pan and mix well.

Notes:
- Corn flour can be added to thicken milk faster.
- You can also use disposable plastic cups or thick paper cups instead of regular mould.
- Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of your mango variety.
