Main Ingredient- Mango, milk and cream

Ingredients:
1cup mango pulp
1 cup full fat milk
1/2 cup condensed milk or milk powder
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup sugar or to taste

Method:
- Put the mango pulp into a blender jar.
- Add milk, cream, condensed milk and sugar.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow container.
- Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze for 3-4 hours or till semi-set.
- Pour the semi-set mixture into a mixer or blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture back into the same container.
- Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze till set.
- Scoop out into a bowl and serve.

serving suggestion:
- If you like, garnish with some pistachio or fresh mango pulp/pieces or honey or chocolate syrup.
- Sweetness can always be adjusted as per your taste.
